My name is Kathy Varner.  I opened the center 21 years ago when I was in search of child care for my newborn.  Unfortunately, I couldn’t find one I was comfortable with so here we are.  I have worked with children my whole like.  It is definitely my calling and my passion!  My number 1 priority has been to been to be the best mom to my kids I could be, so know when you leave your children here they become my children!

I am Kathy Coble and I work in the two-year old room.  I have been working in childcare for 20 plus years.  I am very passionate about teaching.  I feel like its my calling.  Teaching fills me with so much joy.  I get to mold and shape children and teach them how to express themselves while learning.  

My name is Jennifer Thomas.  I am 36 years old and have 3 beautiful children of my own.  I graduated with my associates degree in Early Childhood in 2012.  I have been in childcare and at this center for 16 years.  I have worked with every age group.  Currently I am the director of the center and also work in the preschool classroom.  I love this age because they love to learn and are coming into their own personality.  I love teaching them new things and watching their minds work as they problem solve to figure things out on their own.

My name is Kaitlin Osborne and I am in the infant/toddler room.   I have been working in childcare since 2012.  Teaching children have always been a passion of mine.  I am working on continuing my education and taking trainings so I can be the best teacher and caregiver I can be.  It fills me with joy being able to come in everyday knowing that I can teach, help and love the children.  

Hi my name is Sharon Covington I am 54 years old. I graduated from Southwestern Randolph high school class of 1985.  I later started working in childcare the year of 1991. I went on to GTCC, earning my childcare credentials in 2001.  I have been working in childcare now for 30 years. I choose to become a childcare provider because of the love and passion I have for teaching children.  I have worked with all age groups but I am currently working with preschool kids.  I have learned they all are unique in their own way and they all learn differently and my goal is to nurture them and teach them to the best of my ability.

My name is Keyaira Brooks. I am 24 years old. I've graduated from Asheboro High School in 2017 with a diploma. There has been several goals in life that I've been wanting to accomplish and/or accomplished so far in my life. One thing I know I always wanted to do was work with children and today that's what I do and love to do. I went to college and graduated with a certificate at Randolph Community College (RCC) in 2022. I am a teacher in the infant room. Also, I been working in the Early Childhood Education for 1 year. This has always been my passionate to work with children and a dream come true.

My name is Shanice Covington, I am an assistant teacher in the Infant room. I have been working with children since age of 16 doing volunteer work at childcare centers. I love working with children of all ages!

My name is Ava Raymond and I graduated from Southwestern Randolph High School. I have always loved children and have always known that I wanted to work with childrenfrom a young age. I actually have 3 amazing God children that I love very much! I currently work in pre-school/ school age room, infant room & toddler room! I love working with all the different ages  to experience all there different levels and personalities.

My name is Natalie Billups, I am 20 years old and I graduated from Eastern Randolph highschool. I work in the preschool/ school age room. I have always been interested in working with children I love to give them new learning opportunities and to watch them grow and learn everyday.
